Thank you for supporting Jenny's Honey! We hand-pack every jar right here at our farm in Vincent, Alabama. Please review our shipping, delivery, and pickup guidelines below.

## Nationwide Shipping Available!
* **Our Entire Lineup:** We proudly ship all of our products to all 50 states across the United States. 

## Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

*Please note: Honey is heavy and fragile! We carefully wrap our glass and plastic jars to ensure they arrive to you safely.*

## Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:
* **Standard Ground Shipping:** Flat rate pricing based on order weight.
* **Free Shipping:** We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $70.00.

## Local Pickup & Delivery (Vincent / Birmingham, AL Area)
Avoid shipping fees entirely by choosing local options at checkout!
* **Local Pickup:** Free pickup is available at our location in Vincent, Alabama. After placing your order and selecting pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will send an email with instructions when it is ready.
* **Local Delivery:** We offer local delivery within a designated radius of our farm for a small fee (or free for larger local orders). Enter your zip code at checkout to see if your location qualifies.

## How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
